Planning a trip? Talk to us first
- Travel vaccinations — yellow fever, hepatitis A & B, typhoid, rabies, meningitis ACWY. Some are NHS-funded; some are private. We do consultations at our Leeds pharmacy.
- Antimalarials — different drugs suit different destinations and different people. We assess risk based on country, season, your medical history, and ongoing medicines.
- Diarrhoea kit for travellers — Imodium plus Dioralyte covers most cases. We can also advise on when to seek medical help locally (high fever, blood, dehydration).
- Prescription medicines abroad — bring a letter from your GP for controlled drugs; some countries have specific restrictions (e.g. UAE, Singapore). Ask us before you fly.
- Altitude, heat, jet lag — a quick chat at the pharmacy beats Google. We can advise on prep and what to pack.
Book a travel clinic consultation by phone 0113 244 1551, or message WhatsApp. Best to book at least 6 weeks before travel for vaccinations.
