Delivery and collection

The short version Collection is free. Same-day local Leeds delivery is £2.99. Standard UK delivery is £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free over £40). Express UK is £5.49 via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery starts after the pharmacist has approved your order and you've paid via the Stripe Payment Link.

What happens after you place an order

  1. Pharmacist reviews Usually the same working day, latest within 24 hours. No payment is taken at this stage.
  2. Stripe Payment Link sent Once approved, you get a secure Stripe link by SMS or email. Pay via Stripe's hosted page — we never handle your card details.
  3. Dispatch / preparation For UK delivery, we hand it to Royal Mail the same or next working day. For collection, your order is held at the dispensary. For local LS delivery, our team takes it out the same day.
  4. Tracking + arrival For Royal Mail Tracked, you'll get the tracking link in your dispatch email. For local delivery, we phone or text on arrival. For collection, we text when ready.

Why Royal Mail, not Evri or another carrier?

We deliberately use Royal Mail Tracked for medicines, not the cheapest courier on the market. There are three reasons:
