After you submit: we'll text you within one working day to confirm receipt and tell you the next step. If your GP allows pharmacy-submitted nominations, we'll submit and you're done. If not, we'll send you the 30-second NHS App steps.

What happens next 1. We text you within 1 working day to confirm receipt.
2. We email your GP via NHSmail (pharmacy.fh186@nhs.net). If they accept pharmacy-submitted nominations, your nomination is live within 2-3 working days.
3. If they require patient-initiated nomination, we text you the NHS App steps and walk you through it on the phone if needed.
4. Once your nomination is live, the next NHS script your GP issues comes straight to us — and we text you when it arrives.

Nominate us in the NHS App

Under a minute, fully patient-controlled, instantly effective. This is the route NHS England recommends and it's the simplest if you've already got the NHS App.

  1. Open the NHS App If you don't have it: free from the App Store or Google Play. You'll need NHS login (10 minutes one-off if you've never set it up — your GP's website can help).
  2. Tap "View and manage prescriptions" It's on the main NHS App home screen, under "Services".
  3. Tap "Nominate a pharmacy" Or if you've already got one, tap "Change your nominated pharmacy".
  4. Search "Hyde Park Pharmacy Leeds" Or search by our postcode LS3 1DT. Look for "Hyde Park Pharmacy, 22-24 Woodsley Road" — that's us. NHS code FH186, GPhC 9011727.
  5. Confirm and you're done The next NHS script your GP issues comes straight to us. We'll text you when it arrives so you know we've got it.

After you nominate us Optional but helpful: come back and fill in our short form with your contact details so we can text you when scripts arrive. Without it, we'll still dispense — but you won't get the SMS updates because we won't have your mobile number.

Can't use the NHS App?

Some patients can't or prefer not to use the app — maybe you're not online, maybe you find apps fiddly. No problem. Use the "Help me set this up" form and we'll handle it via your GP. If your GP requires patient action, we can post you the GP's nomination form in plain English and you sign and return it.

Or come in and we'll do it together at the counter — bring some ID and your NHS number if you've got it.
