Free walk-in blood-pressure measurement for adults 40+ (or younger with risk factors). Takes 5 minutes. We can refer you to your GP if a reading needs further review.

New Medicine Service (NMS)
Free pharmacist support for the first few weeks after starting a new medicine for asthma, COPD, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, or starting an antiplatelet/anticoagulant. Two follow-up consultations included.

NHS Pharmacy Contraception Service
Free supply of oral contraception — initiation and ongoing supply, including the combined pill and progestogen-only pill. Walk in, book a video call or a phone call with the pharmacist — no GP appointment needed.

Discharge Medicines Service (DMS)
Free post-hospital medication review. We help reconcile your hospital-discharge medicines with your existing repeat list — flagging duplicates, changes, and any new instructions to your GP.

NHS Flu Vaccination
Free seasonal flu jab for at-risk groups — over 65s, pregnant women, long-term-condition patients, carers, and frontline health/social-care workers. Book online or walk in. Season opens each autumn.

Needle Exchange & Substance Misuse
Confidential harm-reduction service at the counter — sharps containers, needle and syringe exchange, and signposting to specialist drug-and-alcohol services. Just come in and ask.
Who's eligible?
- NHS England patients registered with an English GP — most NHS services here are open to you free at the point of use.
- Pharmacy First — anyone with one of the seven conditions covered, no GP referral needed.
- Prescription delivery — anyone in England, free.
- NMS — patients newly prescribed any of the qualifying medicines (we'll usually identify you at dispensing).
- Contraception service — anyone of reproductive age requesting oral contraception.
- BP check — adults 40+, or under 40 with relevant risk factors.
- Pharmacy Contraception + Pharmacy First UTI pathway — women 16-64 (UTI pathway).
