What we offer
NHS prescription delivery
Free home delivery via Royal Mail Tracked anywhere in England. Nominate us once, every script your GP signs comes straight to us. SMS updates at every stage.
Set up nomination → LIVENHS Pharmacy First
Free pharmacist consultations for seven common conditions: sore throat, sinusitis, otitis media (ear infection), impetigo, shingles, infected insect bites, and uncomplicated UTI in women 16-64.
See the 7 pathways → LIVENHS Blood Pressure Check
Free walk-in blood-pressure measurement for adults 40+ (or younger with risk factors). Takes 5 minutes. We can refer you to your GP if a reading needs further review.
What to expect → LIVENew Medicine Service (NMS)
Free pharmacist support for the first few weeks after starting a new medicine for asthma, COPD, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, or starting an antiplatelet/anticoagulant. Two follow-up consultations included.
How NMS works → LIVENHS Pharmacy Contraception Service
Free supply of oral contraception — initiation and ongoing supply, including the combined pill and progestogen-only pill. Walk-in consultation with the pharmacist; no GP appointment needed.
Which pills, how to come in → LIVENHS Stop Smoking
Free 12-week pharmacist-led programme. NRT included free. Carbon-monoxide monitoring weekly. Combining NRT + behavioural support roughly doubles the chance of a successful quit vs going alone.
The 12-week programme → LIVEDischarge Medicines Service (DMS)
Free post-hospital medication review. We help reconcile your hospital-discharge medicines with your existing repeat list — flagging duplicates, changes, and any new instructions to your GP.
How DMS works → LIVENHS Flu Vaccination
Free seasonal flu jab for at-risk groups — over 65s, pregnant women, long-term-condition patients, carers, and frontline health/social-care workers. Book online via PreConsult or walk in. Season opens each autumn.
Eligibility & booking →Needle Exchange & Substance Misuse
Confidential harm-reduction service. Sharps containers, needle and syringe exchange, signposting to specialist drug-and-alcohol services. Supervised consumption available where commissioned.
