What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday 10am–3pm, and Sunday 10am–5pm. Hours on bank holidays may vary — please call ahead on 0113 244 1551 to check before visiting.

Can you dispense and deliver my NHS prescription?

Yes. We dispense NHS prescriptions in-store and offer free delivery to most Leeds postcodes. To use our delivery service, ask your GP or surgery to direct your electronic prescriptions to Hyde Park Pharmacy, or nominate us as your chosen pharmacy through the NHS App. You can also request delivery on our website.

Do I need a GP appointment for NHS Pharmacy First?

No. NHS Pharmacy First lets our pharmacist assess and, where clinically appropriate, treat seven common conditions free of charge, with no GP referral needed:

Urinary tract infections (women aged 16–64) · Sinusitis · Sore throat · Infected insect bites · Impetigo · Shingles · Otitis media (earache in children under 18)
