Returns
Medicines can’t be returned for reuse or refund once supplied.
By law and for everyone’s safety, a medicine that has left the pharmacy cannot go back on the shelf — we have no way to guarantee how it was stored. This applies to all pharmacies, not just us.
If something is wrong, we fix it
- Damaged or faulty on arrival — we replace or refund in full. Photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong item supplied — our error, our cost: we send the right item straight away and arrange collection of the wrong one.
- Order not approved by the pharmacist — you never receive it, and you’re refunded in full automatically.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Unwanted medicines? Bring them to us
Don’t bin or flush old or unwanted medicines. Bring them into the pharmacy — we dispose of them safely, free of charge, as every community pharmacy does.
