What is Savlon Wound Cleansing Wipes 10 Sachets?
Savlon Wound Cleansing Wipes are sterile, alcohol-free wipes for cleaning minor cuts and grazes before a plaster or dressing goes on. Each wipe comes in its own sachet, so they suit a first aid kit, bag or car.
How does it help?
The wipes are soaked in 0.9% sodium chloride - saline, the same strength as the body's own fluids - which rinses dirt and debris from the wound without stinging. Take a wipe from its sachet, clean the wound, dry the area, throw the wipe away and apply a plaster or dressing if needed.

Who should take care?
For minor cuts and grazes only. Use each wipe once. Do not use it if the sachet is damaged or open. Seek medical advice if the wound will not stop bleeding, is deep, contains something you cannot clean out, or does not appear to heal or shows signs of infection.
