What is Alvita Reusable Hot and Cold Compress?

Alvita Reusable Hot and Cold Compress is a gel pack that can be cooled or warmed for pain relief. Used cold, it helps reduce swelling, a high temperature and the pain of a minor scald; used warm, it helps ease pain in the lower back and neck, period cramps and arthritis.

How does it help?

Cold narrows blood vessels to reduce swelling and numb pain; warmth relaxes tight muscles and eases aches. Prepare the gel pack as the instructions on the pack describe, put it in the soft fabric pouch and hold it against the area. Clean it with a damp cloth after use.

Who should take care?
