What is Alvita Freeze Spray 200ml?

Alvita Freeze Spray is a fast-acting cooling spray for strains, sprains and knocks to the muscles and joints - the kind of injury you would otherwise put ice on.

How does it help?

Like an ice pack, the spray rapidly cools the skin over the injury, which helps to ease pain and reduce swelling. Spray in short bursts of no more than 2 to 3 seconds on the same spot, from the distance shown on the can.

Who should take care?

For external use only. Do not spray for more than 2 to 3 seconds on the same spot or closer than directed - it can cause cold burns. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin, and keep it away from the eyes and mouth (rinse with water if it gets in the eyes). Extremely flammable pressurised container: keep away from heat, flames and sparks, do not smoke while using it, and do not pierce or burn the can even when empty. Keep out of the reach of children. See a doctor for a severe injury, a suspected break, or swelling that does not settle.
