What is Kwells Travel Sickness Tablets?
Kwells are small tablets containing hyoscine hydrobromide, used to prevent and relieve the nausea and sickness caused by travel by car, coach, ferry or plane. They can be taken shortly before or at the start of a journey.
How does it help?
Hyoscine hydrobromide is an antiemetic that acts on the balance and nausea signalling in the inner ear and brain, helping to settle the messages that trigger motion sickness.
