Stop Smoking
Quitting is hard, but the data is clear: combining Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) with weekly pharmacist support roughly doubles your chance of quitting compared to going it alone. Our NHS Stop Smoking service is free, including the NRT — walk in to enrol.

NHS Stop Smoking service — free at Hyde Park
- Weekly pharmacist support for the first 12 weeks of your quit attempt — short, structured sessions.
- NRT included free — patches plus a short-acting product (gum, lozenge, or spray) for a combination approach.
- Carbon monoxide monitoring so you can see your lungs clearing in real time. Hugely motivating.
- No GP referral needed — walk in or phone us. Eligible from age 12.
- Why this doubles your chance vs going alone: the combination of pharmacotherapy plus behavioural support is the most evidence-supported approach. NICE guidance recommends it as first-line.
To enrol: walk in, phone 0113 244 1551, or message WhatsApp. Best chance of success: start within a week of deciding to quit.
