What is Nicorette Inhalator 15mg Cartridges?
The Nicorette Inhalator is a nicotine replacement therapy that relieves and prevents cravings and withdrawal symptoms, to help you stop smoking or vaping, or cut down first.
How does it help?
Put a cartridge into the mouthpiece and draw on it, as you would a cigarette; the nicotine vapour is absorbed through the lining of the mouth and throat. Use it whenever you feel the urge to smoke, up to 6 cartridges a day. If you are stopping straight away, replace all your cigarettes with it and then gradually use fewer cartridges until you stop completely.
Key benefits
- Keeps your hands and mouth busy
- Use it when a craving hits
- Up to 6 cartridges a day
- Packs of 4, 20 or 36
Who should take care?
Not for children under 12; under-18s should use it for no more than 12 weeks unless a doctor advises otherwise. Not for non-smokers or occasional smokers. If you have recently been in hospital with a heart attack, stroke, unstable angina or a serious heart rhythm problem, or have uncontrolled high blood pressure, speak to your doctor first. Tell our pharmacist if you have diabetes (check your blood sugar more often when you start), a stomach ulcer or gastritis, liver or kidney problems, epilepsy or an overactive thyroid, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children: doses adults tolerate can be dangerous to a small child. A child who sucks or chews a cartridge, new or used, can be poisoned - dispose of cartridges safely. Our pharmacist checks your answers before it is supplied.
