What is ThermaCare HeatWraps?
ThermaCare HeatWraps are single-use, air-activated heat wraps for tight, tired and aching muscles and joints, worn discreetly under clothing.
How does it help?
Patented heat cells give constant, deep-penetrating heat that relaxes tight muscles and increases blood flow to the area. Wear for up to 8 hours for up to 16 hours of pain relief - the relief continues after the wrap comes off. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24 hours.

Who should take care?
If you are 55 or over, wear over a layer of clothing and not while sleeping. Do not put extra pressure on the wrap (tight belts, leaning against hard surfaces), and remove it before an MRI scan. Do not re-use or heat in a microwave. Stop and see a doctor if pain is worse or unchanged after 7 days. Heat products can cause burns or blisters - check your skin often and remove at once if it feels too hot or sore. Do not use on broken, irritated, bruised or swollen skin, while asleep, with rubs or creams, or with other heat sources. Not for children or anyone who cannot remove it themselves. Ask your doctor first if you have diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage or reduced feeling, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
