Pernaton Warming Gel is a massage gel for muscles and connective tissue, used before activity to warm up or afterwards to help you recover.
How does it help?
A warming sensation from capsicum, with camphor and menthol, helps relax tight muscles while you massage the gel in; it contains green-lipped mussel extract. Rub into the neck, shoulders, back, elbows, arms, knees, legs or feet several times a day or as needed until absorbed.

Who should take care?
Not suitable if you are allergic to shellfish, or for children under 3. For external use only - avoid the eyes, broken skin and mucous membranes, and do not use under air-tight dressings. Stop using it if irritation occurs. Wash your hands after use. See a GP for joint pain with swelling, redness or heat, or pain that does not improve.
