What is Happinose Nasal Congestion Relief Balm 14g?
Happinose is a medicine for the relief of nasal congestion caused by the common cold, catarrh, head colds and hay fever, for adults and children aged 5 and over.
How does it help?
Levomenthol gives a cooling sensation in the nose that helps it feel clearer, with eucalyptus (cineole) and geranium oil in a soothing paraffin base. Blow your nose, then use your little finger to apply about half an inch (1cm) inside each nostril and breathe in. You can also rub it on the bridge of the nose, throat, chest and between the shoulders. Re-apply every 4 hours as needed. Children 10 and over: half the adult amount; children 5 to 9: a quarter.

Who should take care?
Not for children under 5. For external use only - keep away from the eyes and wash your hands after use. See a doctor if symptoms last more than 10-14 days.
