What is E45 Psoriasis Cream 50ml?

E45 Psoriasis Cream is a steroid-free cream for treating and helping prevent the symptoms of psoriasis and dermatitis - scaly, itchy, red, rough and hardened skin.

How does it help?

Ectoin, a natural cell-protective molecule, helps calm irritated skin and stabilise the skin barrier, while urea and moisturisers soften plaques and help the skin shed dead cells, so scaling and roughness reduce. Gently massage into the affected skin three times a day, or as often as needed. It can be used long term.

Who should take care?

For external use only. Do not use on infected skin, or if you are allergic to Ectoin or any ingredient. Using it at the same time as other creams is not recommended. Short-lived burning, redness or itching can occasionally occur - stop if an allergic reaction happens. Use within 3 months of opening, for one person only. Keep away from naked flames: fabric that has been in contact with the cream burns more easily, and washing reduces but does not remove it. See a GP if your psoriasis gets worse, is widespread, or does not improve.
