What is Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain Heat Pads?
Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder are drug-free heat pads for minor back, shoulder and joint aches, discreet enough to wear under clothing.
How does it help?
Heat increases blood flow to the area, helping to ease stiffness and relax sore muscles. Open the sachet only when you are ready - the pad is activated by air - peel away the paper strip and stick the pad to your clothing over the painful area. It warms up gradually, reaching full heat in about 30 minutes.

Who should take care?
For external use only; each pad is single use. Heat products can cause burns or blisters - check your skin often and remove at once if it feels too hot or sore. Do not use on broken, irritated, bruised or swollen skin, while asleep, with rubs or creams, or with other heat sources. Not for children or anyone who cannot remove it themselves. Ask your doctor first if you have diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage or reduced feeling, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
