What is Care+ Decongestant Tablets 60mg 12?
Care+ Decongestant Tablets are a pharmacy medicine for the relief of a blocked nose, blocked sinuses and upper airway congestion, for adults and children aged 12 and over.
How does it help?
Pseudoephedrine narrows the swollen blood vessels in the lining of the nose and sinuses, so the swelling goes down and you can breathe more easily. Adults and children 12 and over: swallow one tablet four times a day. Do not take more than the stated dose.

Who should take care?
Not for under 12s, or anyone with heart or circulation disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, closed-angle glaucoma, phaeochromocytoma or severe kidney disease, or taking an MAOI (or within 2 weeks), a beta-blocker or another decongestant. Avoid in pregnancy (especially the first 3 months) and while breastfeeding. Contains lactose. Stop and get urgent help for a sudden severe headache, confusion, fits or vision problems, sudden tummy pain or bleeding from the bottom, or a widespread rash with fever. UK law allows only one pseudoephedrine product per order.
