What is Breathe Right Original Nasal Strips 30?
Breathe Right Original are drug-free nasal strips worn across the nose at night to relieve nasal congestion and stuffiness - from colds, allergies or a deviated septum - and to help reduce snoring.
How does it help?
Flexible, spring-like bands inside the strip gently lift the sides of the nose, opening the nasal passages so more air flows through. With easier breathing through the nose there is less of the vibration that causes snoring. Place one strip across the nose on clean, dry skin; use each strip only once.

Who should take care?
Not for children under 5. Do not use if you are allergic to latex or to Breathe Right strips - the packaging contains natural rubber latex. Do not use over sores or sunburned or irritated skin, and do not wear for more than 12 hours a day. Stop if a rash or irritation develops. If you have sleep apnoea, speak to your doctor.
