What is Olbas Inhaler Nasal Stick 695mg?
A small plastic nasal stick holding a wad soaked in Olbas inhaler oil, a blend of menthol and plant oils. It is a licensed medicine for the relief of symptoms of blocked sinuses, catarrh, hay fever, colds and flu, and it fits in a pocket or bag for use on the go.
How does it help?
Breathing in the vapour from cajuput, eucalyptus and peppermint oils helps loosen mucus and relieve congestion, and menthol gives a cool, clearing feeling in the nose. Remove the cap, place the tip at one nostril and breathe in while keeping the other nostril closed, then repeat on the other side. Do not use it more than four times an hour.

Who should take care?
Always read the patient information leaflet before use. Not recommended for children under 6. Do not use it if you are allergic to menthol, cajuput, peppermint or eucalyptus oil. It is not recommended while breastfeeding, and if you are pregnant, speak to our pharmacist or your doctor before using it. Do not use it more than four times an hour. If your symptoms get worse or do not improve after 7 days, see a doctor.
