What is NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit and Refills?
NeilMed Sinus Rinse is a saline nasal wash for daily nasal hygiene and for relieving nasal congestion, sinus pressure, post-nasal drip, dryness and irritation from colds, allergies, hay fever, dust and pollen.
How does it help?
A premixed sachet dissolved in warm water makes a gentle saline solution. Leaning over a sink with your head tilted down and your mouth open, you squeeze it gently into one nostril so it flows out of the other, washing away mucus and irritants. Use the starter kit's 240ml bottle; the refill sachets fit the same bottle.

Who should take care?
Only use distilled, filtered or previously boiled water, warmed to body temperature - never water straight from the tap - and test the temperature before use to avoid scalding. Do not swallow the solution - spit out any that reaches the back of the throat. Blow your nose gently afterwards, without pinching it fully closed, so there is no pressure on the eardrums. See your doctor if symptoms persist. Ask our pharmacist before using it for a child.
