Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine cooling sheets are a drug-free way to soothe the discomfort of headache and migraine, for people who prefer not to add another medicine - and they can be used alongside pain relief.
How does it help?
The water-based gel draws heat away from the skin for long-lasting cooling. Remove the transparent film and place the sheet on the forehead or the back of the neck - ideally at the first sign of a headache or migraine. It needs no refrigeration, stays in place, and comes off without leaving a sticky residue.

Who should take care?
For external use only. Keep away from the eyes and nostrils. The sheet will not stick to wet skin, hair or clothing. Get urgent help (999) for a sudden, severe headache, or a headache with a stiff neck, rash, confusion, weakness or problems with speech or vision. See a GP if headaches are frequent or getting worse.
