What is 4head Headache Relief Stick?

4head is a licensed cutaneous stick containing levomenthol 90%, used for the relief of headaches. You swipe it across your forehead — there is no tablet to swallow and no water needed.

How does it help?

Levomenthol is a purified form of menthol. Applied to the forehead it triggers the cold-sensing nerve endings in the skin, producing a strong cooling sensation that helps take the edge off headache pain in the area it is applied to.

Who should take care?

Always read the patient information leaflet before use. For external use only — it is not to be swallowed. Keep it well away from the eyes, as levomenthol is irritant if it gets into them. It is not recommended if you know you are sensitive to menthol. The stick is for one person only, not to be shared. Use it as required, but avoid excessive use. See your GP if your headaches are frequent, severe, unusual for you, or come with symptoms such as changes in your vision, a stiff neck or a rash.
