What is Kalms Night One-A-Night Tablets 14?

Kalms Night One-A-Night is a traditional herbal medicinal product from G. R. Lane Health Products. Each film-coated tablet contains 385 mg of dry extract of valerian root, so a single tablet gives the night-time dose. It is used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances, based on traditional use only, and is intended for short-term use rather than as a long-term sleeping tablet.

How does it help?

Valerian root has been used for many years as a gentle, traditional aid to sleep, and this product is registered on that use. Adults and the elderly take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. One additional tablet can be taken earlier in the evening if necessary. Because the effect may not be noticeable straight away, it should be taken for two to four weeks continuously.
