What is Kalms Night Sleep Aid Tablets 56?

Kalms Night is a traditional herbal medicinal product from G. R. Lane Health Products. Each film-coated tablet contains 96 mg of dry extract of valerian root. It is used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances, based on traditional use only. It is not a prescription sleeping tablet and is meant for short-term use.

How does it help?

Valerian root has been used for many years as a gentle, traditional aid to sleep, and Kalms Night is registered on that use. Adults and the elderly swallow four tablets 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. If needed on later evenings, four additional tablets can be taken earlier in the evening. Because the effect may not be noticeable straight away, it should be taken for two to four weeks continuously. If sleep worsens or has not improved after four weeks, see a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
