What is Kalms Day Stress Relief Tablets 96?

Kalms Day is a traditional herbal medicinal product from G. R. Lane Health Products, the makers of the Kalms range. Each sugar-coated tablet contains 26 mg of dry extract of valerian root. It is used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress, such as mild anxiety, based on traditional use only. It is a daytime product and is not intended to make you sleepy.

How does it help?

Valerian root has a long history of use as a calming herb, and Kalms Day is registered on that traditional use. Adults and the elderly take two tablets three times a day, swallowed with water. Because the effect may not be noticeable straight away, Kalms Day should be taken for two to four weeks continuously.
