What is Vitabiotics Wellteen Him Tablets?

Wellteen Him is a multivitamin and mineral food supplement made for teenage boys aged 13 to 19 with busy lives - studies, sport and late nights. Him Plus adds a daily omega-3 capsule.

How does it help?

24 nutrients including vitamins B6, B12, C and D, zinc, biotin, iron and iodine: vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, zinc, iron and iodine to normal cognitive function, and vitamin D, zinc and selenium to the normal function of the immune system; in Him Plus, DHA contributes to normal brain function and vision. Take one tablet a day (Him Plus: one tablet and one capsule) with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink - not chewed.
