Pregnacare New Mum is a Vitabiotics food supplement made for new mothers in the first 9 months after the birth.
How does it help?
Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin; with vitamin D, calcium and other nutrients. Take two tablets a day with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink - not chewed, and on a full stomach.
