Who should take care?
Do not exceed the recommended intake or take with another supplement containing vitamin A or vitamin D without advice. If you are pregnant or could become pregnant, do not take cod liver oil or other vitamin A (retinol) supplements unless your doctor or midwife advises it. Contains fish and soya. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
