What is Spatone Natural Liquid Iron Supplement 28 Sachets?
Spatone is a gentle liquid iron supplement made from naturally iron-rich spring water from Snowdonia, packed straight into daily sachets that are easy to take on the go. It is suitable for the whole family from age 2, and in pregnancy.
How does it help?
Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal function of the immune system and normal red blood cell formation. Take one sachet a day (pregnant women: two). The Original can be mixed with fruit juice, as iron is absorbed better with vitamin C; the Apple flavour already contains vitamin C.

Who should take care?
Do not exceed the recommended intake. Iron taken in excess can be harmful to young children - keep out of their sight and reach. Not a treatment for anaemia: if you feel very tired, breathless or pale, see your GP for a blood test. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Store below 25C.
