What is Seven Seas Perfect7 Man Plus?
Perfect7 Man Plus is a Seven Seas food supplement for men that combines a daily multivitamin and mineral tablet with an omega-3 fish oil capsule.
How does it help?
Magnesium and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; vitamin D to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones; EPA and DHA to the normal function of the heart and DHA to normal brain function; vitamin B2 to the maintenance of normal vision. Take one tablet (blue blister) and one capsule (silver blister) a day with a glass of cold water.
