What is Hycosan Extra Eye Drops 7.5ml?

Hycosan Extra is the 0.2% sodium hyaluronate drop in the Hycosan range, made for eyes that feel dry, sore or gritty for much of the day rather than just now and then. Like the rest of the range it is preservative-free in the COMOD bottle and can be used for six months after opening.

How does it help?

Sodium hyaluronate binds water and spreads evenly across the eye surface. At 0.2% the drop is more viscous, forming a cushioning layer over the eye surface. Use one drop in each eye as needed, typically three times a day.

Who should take care?

Always read the instructions before use. Do not use if the seal is broken or if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not let the tip touch the eye or any surface. If you use other eye drops, leave about 15 minutes between them. Discard six months after opening. If your eyes stay red or painful, or your vision changes, see a pharmacist, optician or doctor.
