What is CCS Foot Care Cream?

CCS Foot Care Cream is a cosmetic moisturising cream made for the thick, dry skin that builds up on the feet. It comes from a Swedish foot-care range and is designed for everyday use on heels, soles and the balls of the feet, where the skin is at its thickest and driest.

How does it help?

Urea is a natural part of the skin's own moisturising system. At 10% it draws water into the outer layer of the skin and gently loosens the bonds between dead skin cells, so hard, flaky patches soften with regular use. Glycerin and lactic acid add to the moisturising effect, and a small amount of eucalyptus oil gives the cream a light, fresh scent. It is applied once or twice a day and massaged in until absorbed.

Who should take care?

Always read the instructions before use. For external use on the feet only. Avoid open cracks, broken or infected skin and the eyes. Stop using it if you get redness or irritation. It contains eucalyptus oil and limonene, which can cause a reaction in people who are sensitive to fragrance. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, have any cracked, bleeding or infected skin on your feet checked by a pharmacist, podiatrist or GP rather than treating it yourself.
