What is CeraVe SA Smoothing Cream 340g?

A moisturising cream for dry skin with a rough or bumpy texture, most often on the upper arms, thighs, elbows and knees. It combines two ingredients that soften that texture with the ceramide base used across the CeraVe range, and it is fragrance-free.

How does it help?

Urea at 10% draws water into the outer layer of skin and helps soften hardened, flaky patches. Salicylic acid loosens dead cells at the surface so they shed more easily. Ceramides and hyaluronic acid are there to keep the skin barrier supported while that happens, so the skin is not left dry.

Who should take care?

Always read the instructions before use. For external use only — avoid the eyes, broken skin and freshly shaved areas. Urea and salicylic acid can sting on damaged skin and can make skin more sensitive to sunlight, so use sun protection on exposed areas. Stop if your skin becomes red or sore.
