Beechams Max Strength All in One Capsules pair a full 500mg dose of paracetamol with a decongestant and an expectorant to relieve the aches, headache, blocked nose, sore throat and chesty cough of colds, flu and sinusitis.
What is Beechams Max Strength All in One Capsules 16?
Beechams Max Strength All in One Capsules are the higher-strength version of the Beechams all-in-one range, with 500mg of paracetamol in each capsule alongside phenylephrine and guaifenesin. They are licensed for the symptoms of colds and flu and for the pain and congestion of sinusitis: aches and pains, headache, blocked nose, sore throat, chills and a raised temperature, and to loosen stubborn mucus in a chesty cough.
How does it help?
Paracetamol reduces fever and eases pain, including sinus pain and a sore throat. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks the swollen lining of the nose and sinuses so air and mucus can move again. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that makes thick mucus in the chest thinner and easier to cough up. The dose is two capsules every four hours as needed, with no more than eight capsules (four doses) in 24 hours.
Key benefits
- Full 500mg paracetamol dose in each capsule
- Licensed for sinus pain and congestion as well as ordinary cold and flu symptoms
- An expectorant helps shift stubborn chesty mucus
- Capsule format with nothing to measure or mix
