What is Seven Seas Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules?
Seven Seas Omega-3 is a range of fish oil food supplements with vitamin D. Daily, Extra Strength and Max Strength differ in how much omega-3 each capsule provides; Omega-3 & Immunity pairs a fish oil capsule with a tablet of vitamins C and D, zinc, selenium and copper, with ginger and turmeric extracts.
How does it help?
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision; vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system (beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA). Take one capsule a day with a glass of cold water - with & Immunity, take one capsule and one tablet. Each blister has a days-of-the-week guide.
