Wellteen Her is a multivitamin food supplement with 25 nutrients, made for the daily nutritional needs of teenage girls and young women aged 13 to 19. Wellteen Her Plus pairs the same tablet with an omega-3 capsule.
How does it help?
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the omega-3 DHA in Her Plus contributes to normal brain function. Take one tablet a day (Her Plus: one tablet and one capsule) with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink - not on an empty stomach and not chewed. There is no need to take another multivitamin.
