What is Centrum Advance 50+ Multivitamin & Mineral Tablets?
Centrum Advance 50+ is a multivitamin and mineral food supplement with a formula adjusted for adults over 50. It is a different formula from Centrum Advance and from Centrum Men 50+ and Women 50+.
How does it help?
It provides vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, B12 and D: vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and vitamin D to the maintenance of normal bones. The tablets are smooth coated to make them easier to swallow. Adults over 50: take one tablet a day with water.

Who should take care?
Do not exceed one tablet a day. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains iron, which can be harmful to children in large amounts - keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use if the foil seal is broken. If you take medicines (for example a blood thinner) or other supplements, ask our pharmacist first.
