What is Bio-Kult Everyday Live Bacteria Capsules 60?
Bio-Kult Everyday is a multi-strain food supplement containing 14 strains of live bacterial cultures in a vegetable capsule. It is gluten free, with no artificial colours or flavours, and does not need to be kept in the fridge.
How does it help?
Take it with food: adults and children aged 12 and over can take up to 4 capsules a day, and children aged 3 to 11 can have 1 to 2 capsules a day. Keep it cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.

Who should take care?
