What is Jude Bladder Health Supplement 60 Capsules?

Jude Bladder Health Supplement (sold by Jude as CoreCTRL) is a daily food supplement in capsule form. Each two-capsule serving combines pumpkin seed and soy germ extracts with sage and rosemary extracts, a Bifidobacterium lactis culture, zinc and vitamins B3, B6 and D3. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
