What is Centrum Women 50+ Multivitamin & Minerals Tablets 30?

Centrum Women 50+ is a multivitamin and mineral food supplement made for women over 50, whose nutritional needs can change with age. One tablet provides 24 vitamins and minerals, including 340mg of calcium and 7.5 micrograms of vitamin B12. It is free from wheat, lactose, nuts and gluten.

How does it help?

The tablet tops up the vitamins and minerals you get from food. Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamins C and D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A supplement supports your diet. It does not replace it, and it is not a treatment for menopause symptoms or bone disease.
