Perfectil Max is a Vitabiotics food supplement for adults who want to top up the nutrients involved in normal skin, hair and nails. Each day's dose is two multivitamin and mineral tablets from the blue blister plus one Nutri-dermal capsule from the gold blister.

How does it help?

The tablets provide vitamins and minerals including biotin, zinc, selenium, copper and vitamin C. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, selenium and zinc to normal nails, copper to normal hair pigmentation, and vitamin C to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. The capsule adds omega-3 fish oil with starflower and blackcurrant seed oils. It tops up your diet rather than treating any condition.

Who should take care?
