What is Berocca Energy Vitamin Film-Coated Tablets 30?

Berocca Energy Vitamin Film-Coated Tablets are a food supplement rather than a medicine. Each tablet combines eight B vitamins with vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc in a coated tablet that you swallow with water, once a day. It is a swallowable alternative to the effervescent Berocca tablets.

How does it help?

B vitamins help the enzymes in your body that turn food into energy. Vitamins B1 (thiamine) and B2 (riboflavin) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal mental performance, and vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A supplement tops up what you get from your diet. It does not replace a varied diet, and it is not a treatment for ongoing tiredness that has a medical cause.
