What is Zarbee’s Children’s MultiVits and Immune Support 3+ Years 120ml?

Zarbee's Children's MultiVits and Immune Support is a liquid food supplement for children from 3 years old. Almost half the bottle is honey, and blended into it are vitamin C from rosehip extract, vitamin D, zinc and biotin. It is a food supplement rather than a medicine, so it is not a treatment for coughs, colds or any other illness.

How does it help?

The nutrients in it are ones the body uses in the everyday running of the immune system. Vitamin C and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system, zinc helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes — which includes the lining of the throat and airways. The honey is the base that carries them and gives the liquid its taste; it is not doing anything medicinal.

Who should take care?
