How does it help?
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Give it by the teaspoon, not on an empty stomach: children 3 to 6 years, 5ml (1 teaspoon) a day; 7 to 12 years, 10ml (2 teaspoons) a day. The maker suggests the dose can be given twice a day for short periods.
