How does it help?
It does not treat anything. Regular training uses up nutrients, and a busy training week can make a varied diet harder to keep up. This tops up nutrients the body uses day to day: iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function, and B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
