What is Vitabiotics Wellwoman Original Capsules 30?
Wellwoman Original is a food supplement made by Vitabiotics and formulated for women. Each capsule brings together 24 vitamins, minerals and nutrients, including iron, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins and evening primrose and starflower oils. It is a supplement rather than a medicine, and it is designed to sit alongside a normal diet, not to replace it.
How does it help?
The capsule simply tops up nutrients you would ordinarily get from food. Several of those nutrients have recognised roles in the body: iron and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. The usual way to take it is one capsule a day with your main meal, swallowed whole with water or a cold drink.
