What is Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief Nasal Spray 50ml?
Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief is an isotonic sea water nasal spray, enriched with manganese, that clears and cleanses the nose of allergens such as pollen, dust, dust mites and pet hair. It contains no drugs, steroids or preservatives.
How does it help?
Rinsing allergens out of the nose helps reduce the frequency of hay fever (allergic rhinitis) episodes. Prime the spray on first use. Keeping the head straight, put the nozzle gently in the nostril and spray once or twice in each nostril, then blow your nose. For a deeper cleanse, tilt the head to one side and give a longer spray into the upper nostril. Clean the nozzle in hot water after each use. Use 2 to 6 times a day.

Who should take care?
Pressurised container: keep away from heat, flames and sparks, do not pierce or burn even when empty, protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures over 50C. Each person should use their own spray. Speak to our pharmacist if hay fever symptoms are not controlled, or for a child under 3.
