Sambucol Original is a black elderberry liquid food supplement, made from whole black elderberries, which are naturally rich in flavonoids.
How does it help?
Take it by the cap or teaspoon. Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) a day. Children over 12: 5ml (1 teaspoon) a day. In winter the maker suggests adults may take 10ml up to four times a day and children over 12, 5ml twice a day.
