Questions, answered plainly
Does it actually work?
For most men it slows or stops further loss, and some regrow hair, but it only works while you keep taking it. Results take 3–6 months to show.
What are the risks?
See the safety information above — a small number of men experience mood or sexual side effects. Our pharmacist will go through these with you before you start.
Can I use it with minoxidil?
Many men use both. Regaine (minoxidil) is available without a prescription — see our hair loss page.
